Anchor bolt is used to attach objects or structures to concrete. Wedge anchors, also known as expansion bolts and expansion anchors. There are three basic styles of wedge anchors, fully threaded, partial threaded and the full-bodied wedge anchor. The simplest anchor bolt is a cast-in-place anchor. Cast-in-place anchor bolts are the strongest type of fastener, but the casting is difficult, and they are usually only used for heavy machines mounted on poured concrete floors. Another use of this anchor bolt is to connect the concrete foundation of a building to its wall. Use this, the building is more resistant to earthquakes. A concrete screw is another way of attaching things to concrete that has already been poured and set.

A rivet nut, also known as a blind nut or nut-sert, is a one-piece internally threaded and counterbored tubular rivet that can be anchored entirely from one side. There are two types: one is designed to form a bulge on the back side of the panel as a screw is tightened in its threads. The other is similarly drawn in using a screw, but is drawn into the sleeve instead of creating a bulge. Rivet Nuts installed from one side only, provide a deep re-usable thread, even in thin materials.

For bike, most screw hole of blike rim are used " blind rivet nut" , casue of the frame and rim made of  sheet-metal, so install with blind rivet nut that can make the application surface flat and smooth. The surface finish will not be damaged after installtion.

1. Product Development: TOP SCREW R&D team has deep product development abilities. TOP SCREW  can offfer a complete development program according to customer's special needs and purposes. Based on many year experiences, TOP SCREW supply most economic, practical and satisfied products to customers.
2. Tool Die Design: We can draw tool die design charts by product drawings or samples quickly, and complete the tool production within the shortest time for grasping the market opportunity. After finishing tool dies, we will measure the dimensions. This is the first step of Quality Control. 
3. Cold Forging: We have all kinds of high-tech multi-process cold header equipments from 1-die-2-blow to 6-die-6-blow, so we can achieve customers' deliver requests. After machine adjustment, we produce and measure all dimensions of the first sample. We only star the production when the smaples meet working order certainly. During the period of production, the parts will be examined by workers periodically, circuit inspectors per galf hour and QC staffs 4 times per day. All results shall be recorded. There is a profile projector in our work field, so we can examine tiny dimensions exactly. So many inspection processes are only for ensuring 100% perfect quality. 
4. Second Process: Top Screw inculcates" Quality is the first" to second waorkers and asks them to offer inspection lists by lot number. We have casual conferences for improving and learning new techniques. From the inside, we give every effort to stabilize product quality. " Top Screw Tapping Dept" was founded in 2004. It's constructive on delivery control. 
5. Delivery Inspection: This is the final procedure of QC. Top screw has "Micro Vickers Hardness Tester", " 3D Profile Projector", " Image Display Sorting Machine"..etc, so we can offer complete examine reports. 
6. Packing: We checkcarton number, quantity and weight according to packing list strictly. Not only standard packing, we can offer custom boxes and small pack as well. 

 

THE SPLINED RIVET NUT FOR WATER BOTTLE FRAME ON THE BIKE

The BLIND RIVET NUT can be used to assemble two or more sheets of various material (sheet, alumunum, wood, plastic...etc..). It can be fixed by a screw. The BLIND RIVET NUT has been specially deveploed to give designers a strong and vibration-proof steel thread in thin sheet application. The BLIND RIVET NUT is fast and convenient in installation. The head of large flange blind rivet nut is in a countersunk shape that makes the application surface flat and smoth after installation. Application surface finish will not be damaged after installtion of blind rivet nut. 

For bike frame, there are many water bottle frame used the blind rivet nut, couse of they made with thin sheet material.
