THE SPLINED RIVET NUT FOR WATER BOTTLE FRAME ON THE BIKE

The BLIND RIVET NUT can be used to assemble two or more sheets of various material (sheet, alumunum, wood, plastic...etc..). It can be fixed by a screw. The BLIND RIVET NUT has been specially deveploed to give designers a strong and vibration-proof steel thread in thin sheet application. The BLIND RIVET NUT is fast and convenient in installation. The head of large flange blind rivet nut is in a countersunk shape that makes the application surface flat and smoth after installation. Application surface finish will not be damaged after installtion of blind rivet nut. 

 

For bike frame, there are many water bottle frame used the blind rivet nut, couse of they made with thin sheet material. Use the BLIND RIVET NUT will not be damaged the surface and after installtion.  Install the BLIND RIVET NUT can use the air pull setter or blind rivet nut hand tool, please see the below photo and video that show how install the blind rivet nut:
